*deep breath*
Okay. Um. Hi, everyone!
Things wot are going on:
School (three papers, specifically. It's not actually that bad.)
Friends (they are requiring lots of time. It's cause I love them, or something.)
Family (see next paragraph.)
Yeah. Uh, basically, I feel bad for my dad right now, because he had to call me a couple of weeks ago to tell me my puppy died, and when I talked to him today he had to break the news that Grandma Pearl died last night. So. There's that, then.
Nothing... I... I don't know. I'm not grieving, really. She's been failing, we thought she was going to go over the summer. I am sad, though. It's going to be hard on my grandma-- and on my mother by extension because she'll be helping gran with a lot of the funeral stuff.
But, I'm going home this weekend to see the boy's play. I'll be able to help out some, even though I have to do a lot of stuff to get ready for Autumn's wedding as well. The funeral will be on the 19th, I think. So I'll be home, that's good. Um. It's not bad luck to talk about weddings and funerals in the same paragraph, is it? Whatever.
Hrm. Uncle Lincoln was supposed to come home this weekend, too. (He lives in Brazil. Ah, actually, he's from Brazil. It's a long story, but I'll be happy to tell you if you're curious.) But something about a holiday down there and not being able to get extra days off work, dunno. Point is, he's putting off the trip for a bit. That's a bummer.
I am rambling now, I know. But you all love me anyway, yes?
