Mathom comes from hobbits- it usually means a little knick-knack that has less than no value, that is given away as a gift time and time again. It can be passed around for ages and ages.

But fandom has stolen the word. Because hobbits give presents instead of get them on their birthdays, it means you get to request a fic from me! So, ask away! I'll write just about anything.
