I don't normally do things like this on my journal.

But I would like to formally extend a giant FUCK YOU to Huckabee.




Ladies and Gentlemen who read this journal:

I am gay. Well, I'm about 80% gay, but let's not split hairs. I am a woman who enjoys making sweet, sweet love to other women.

And one day I'd maybe even like to commit myself to a woman, and have a family, and grow old together knowing that we are bound together in the eyes of the law.

None of this is new. All of this has been said before. But if for some reason you didn't have a face to put to the idea of what being gay is, then you can think of me.

I know so much of this is preaching to the choir.

But all I can do is say it again.





I am queer. I did not make a choice, it is simply the way I am. Don't hate me.

I have an extreme dislike/hatred/whatever you want to call it for Fox News in general. And I do not like Huckabee at all either. My mom sits and watches it...I can't. I have to leave the room. It makes me sick. The only thing I found amusing was when Greta von Susteren (or whatever her name is) totally chewed out the daughter of the leader of the Westboro Church.

I love you for who you are. You know me better than I know myself sometimes. And you're always there to give me sensible advice (or, a good swift kick to the head...I need that sometimes, too!).

I'm still learning, and I don't know where I stand on the issue yet. But I support you.
